Event Description:

Join St. John’s United Church of Christ every Sunday as we come together to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You have the option to join us either in person at our Sanctuary or through our live stream. Regardless of how you choose to participate, we welcome you with open arms and are grateful for your presence.

This week, our guest speaker Mr. Joseph Tanski will preach from Matthew 16:24–26 in his sermon, “Take Up Your Cross and Follow Jesus.”

Matthew 16: 24–26

Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. ²⁵ For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. ²⁶ For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?

Please note, on the first Sunday of the month, we celebrate a traditional communion service.
