MEALS ON WHEELS –– HELP NEEDED
Please consider joining the St. John’s Meals on Wheels team! The schedule is every two months from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. If you are able to help in this rewarding and worthwhile activity, please contact Dale at (219) 872–5904.
FOOD BANK
You may notice the corner as you approach the Narthex. It is next to the coat rack and titled “Food Bank.” The goal is to donate food items such as soups, canned chicken, canned vegetables, peanut butter, canned tuna-fish, noodles, spaghetti sauce. One of our church members has volunteered to deliver these groceries to the Salvation Army at the end of each month. The Salvation Army then hands out these groceries to those in need.
Thank you very much for your support!
COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE
Our community garage sale was rained out Saturday and no rain date is set this year. This gives you plenty of time to collect for spring!
