UPCOMING HOLLY’S GIVE BACK – TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20TH
If you enjoyed the Hacienda Night Out, our church will be doing a Holly’s Give Back on Tuesday, October 20th, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We will again get back 20% on food and drink including dine in and carry out.
Coupons are on the table in the narthex and on the bulletin board outside the office.
FOR THE CHILDREN
The Guild is restarting its annual project, “For the Children.” We are now collecting clothing items for children ages 6 months to 12 years old to be given to the local Salvation Army for their family holiday project. At a special week, families eligible can select clothing items and a toy for their children to save for Christmas. The Guild has some great shoppers so if you care to financially support this project, for a $9 donation you would actually be purchasing a winter jacket, hat, and gloves for a child! Any size donation is appreciated. You may also shop and donate any clothing item from sweatshirts or underwear to diapers and wipes.
Thank you for considering to help the Guild in another community project where we remember our less fortunate neighbors here in Michigan City!
HACIENDA GIVE BACK –– THANK YOU!!!
Our church had a good response to Hacienda Give Back enjoying food and drinks. A huge thank you! goes out to the three caballeros –– Kent, Minister Bruce, and Mike for your generous help! The profit will be posted after receiving the totals.
PRESCHOOL NEEDS
St. John’s Preschool will need the following supplies, and would greatly appreciate any donations. Supplies needed are:
- napkins
- 5 oz. cups
- hand wipes
- table wipes
- tissues
- paper towels
- copy paper
- liquid hand soap
- colored copy paper.
